Our 4th of July

Well i know this is well over due, but i thought i'd share our fourth of July Holiday anyway. it started very early on the 3rd. We got up and went to the hot air balloon show that morning with Grandpa Anderberg, Nate and Christine. Michael Codi love it!
His favorites were the animal shaped ones such as Smokey the Bear and Tony the Tiger and the bright pink pig. i just had a blast watching him enjoy them so much, even if it was way too early to be up!

Michael Codi and grandpa having a good time watching the balloons launch. We love our Grandpa Anderberg. He is so much fun.
There they go, up, up and away. After the balloons we went to Denny's for breakfast. The poor waitress dumped syrup all over my carseat and diaper bag. But we tried not to make too big of deal about it since it was the holiday and everything. i only got pictures of the balloons, but the fourth was also a very early morning for us as we ran in the Freedom Run. Michael and myself did it and then Nate, Christine and Kimber also joined along and i pushed the two babes in our jogger which i have loved. Michael ran faster this year than last by about a minute and a half and i was about a minute and a half slower, but hey not too bad for being 15 lbs heavier and pushing an extra 50! Then we made it to the parade which is always interesting. Michael wanted to join all the kids. At one point during the baby show part they were all riding scooters and one of the parents was carrying an extra one so Michael started chasing the man down cuz he wanted to ride it. it was so funny! We then relaxed, went swimming, had a bbq and fell asleep before the fireworks even started. We were all just beat! But it was a fun and eventful 4th of July for us!
